16A. The part of highway lying inside the reserve to be remained  open :
The part of highway which is passing through (inside) the reserve, shall remain always open for the vehicle of any weight. Anything mentioned in Rule 7 shall not be considered that it has obstructed to carry all the goods that has remained in the vehicles which has been passing through the highway after checking in the entry post
and even to carry the licensed weapon which is in his/her possession.
